Saathratri is hospitality software for hotels and restaurants, built by Saathratri, LLC (Florida, USA). The name joins two Sanskrit-rooted words — saath (companionship) and ratri (night) — “a companion through the night”: the platform runs guest communication, direct bookings, and back-office busywork around the clock, so properties keep more of every booking and owners get their evenings back.
The story
Saathratri wasn’t designed in a conference room. Its founder, Amar P. Patel, owns and operates hotel properties in South Florida — including the Travelodge by Wyndham Florida City and the Quality Inn Florida City — and the software grew out of running their night audits, tax filings, housekeeping mornings, and 2 a.m. guest questions first-hand.
Every module shipped to customers runs on our own properties first: the same automation collects our statements, reconciles our payouts, files our taxes, and assigns our housekeeping rooms — every night. “We run this on our own night shift” is the standard each release has to meet before anyone else sees it.
The name
Saath (साथ) means companionship — “together with.” Ratri (रात्रि) means night. Hospitality is a 24-hour business, and the hardest hours are the ones after the front desk winds down. Saathratri is a coined name and a product promise: a companion that works through the night, so you don’t have to.
